FAQ

Does it fit my S9?
Yes, it fits the whole S range, including the S9. Just confirm the group is 53 mm in diameter.
Why double instead of single-layer?
It spreads water more evenly, makes pre-infusion softer and helps prevent coffee flowing back into the group.
Is there a correct fitting direction?
Yes. The finer-holed layer should face down, towards the basket. Fitted upside down, coffee can clog the inner layer.
What is it made of and where?
Stainless steel and made in Italy, to resist heat and the corrosion of hot water.
Do you ship and quote?
Yes, to Portugal and across Europe. For availability, request a quote.
