Complete pump filter for the hydraulic circuit of La Cimbali machines, supplied ready to fit. It traps particles and scale arriving from the mains before they reach the pump, the solenoid valves and the groups, extending the life of the whole circuit. Fits S39, M53, M39, M32, M29, M20, X1, Emblema, E98, E92 Elite and Due Smart.
It fits the S39 in one and two group versions, M53, M39, M32 Compact and DT-C, M29, M28, M27 and M20 DT-C, X1, Emblema, E98 A/S and Compact, E92 Elite and Due Smart. If in doubt, check the model on the machine plate.
What does complete filter mean?
It means the assembly is supplied ready to fit, rather than just a loose filter element. That shortens the job and avoids assemblies built from mismatched parts that never seat properly.
What is its role in the circuit?
It sits upstream of the pump and traps grit, swarf and fragments of scale coming in from the mains. Without it, those particles score the pump vanes and lodge in solenoid valve seats, causing leaks.
How often should it be checked?
It should be inspected at every routine service and replaced once it is clogged. A blocked filter reduces inlet flow and makes the pump labour, with noise and a loss of pressure.
