What does the set include?
Brass body, glossy black handle, 7 g basket, retaining spring and a one-way spout — assembled and ready to use.
Why a 7 g basket?
It was the standard single dose on Italian counters. The basket wall is shaped for a shallow bed so the water cannot find an escape route around it.
When should it be replaced?
A leak around the handle with a new group gasket, a handle passing its usual locking angle, and coffee falling crooked from the spout. A basket with enlarged holes also speeds the shot up.
How do I order?
