Set of two flat 64 mm burrs with right-hand rotation for the Fiorenzato F64EVO coffee grinder. It restores the factory particle size once the Evo counter, or the cup itself, shows wear. Both discs are replaced together.
It is for the Fiorenzato F64EVO coffee grinder in the 64 mm, right-hand rotation version. The F4A EVO in the same range uses 58 mm burrs.

Flat burrs of 64 mm diameter with right-hand rotation, supplied as a set of two discs.
Does the grinder warn when it is time to change?
The Evo series display counts the quantity of coffee ground and flags when the recommended burr limit is near. Even so, confirm with the signs in the cup before replacing.
What signs mean the burrs are finished?
Weaker crema, uneven extractions and grounds that are no longer uniform. When the counter and the cup agree, there is little point in delaying the change.
