Will it fit my machine?
If the thread is 1/4″ gas, yes. It is universal and fits Bezzera, La San Marco, Expobar, Astoria, Wega and many others.
Why all-brass?
All moving parts expand the same way with heat, which reduces leaks caused by different metals expanding at different rates.
What is the difference from the CW510L version?
Both are 1/4″ anti-vacuum valves; this one is all-brass and more economical, the CW510L uses a low-lead alloy. The choice depends on budget.
How often should it be replaced?
In hard water, check every 18 to 24 months; if the pin sticks from scale or leaks continuously, replace it.
