Gicleur (flow restrictor) for the La Cimbali group head, with a calibrated 0.8 mm orifice. It fits in the group water line and limits the flow reaching the puck, stabilising pressure and softening pre-infusion. The most common reason to replace it is a scale-blocked orifice.
