What dose does the 12 g basket take?
It is a contained double basket, meant for shorter recipes than 14 g or 21 g baskets. Adjust the grind to the dose to keep the extraction time on target.
What is the advantage of the torpedo handle?
The tapered profile gives a firm bearing point in the palm and passes the turning force on more evenly, which eases the wrist by the end of the day.
