Round on/off switch with a 25 mm mounting diameter, black body and illuminated orange button, rated 230 V. It drops into the panel of Brasilia machines and withstands the thousands of make-and-break cycles of daily café service. The lit button shows from across the counter whether the machine is live.
It is made for the panel of Brasilia machines, with a 25 mm mounting hole and a 230 V rating. Confirm the hole diameter and the number of terminals on the current switch.
Why an illuminated button?
The orange indicator lights while the machine is live. On a busy counter it is the fastest way to confirm the machine was left on, or properly shut down at the end of service.
How is it installed?
Isolate the supply at the board, photograph or label the wires before removing them, and move them one by one to the matching terminals. The switch clips into the 25 mm hole without forcing the panel.
Which signs mean it should be changed?
A machine that only runs with the button half-pressed, an indicator that no longer lights, a body yellowed or distorted by heat, and any sign of scorching at the terminals.
