Sanremo and La Marzocco PID control temperature probe

NTC 3K3 temperature probe with an AISI 316L stainless steel body, a 1/4″ gas thread and an AMP MODU2 connector. It reads boiler temperature precisely so the PID control holds the value stable. Compatible with Sanremo, La Marzocco and Visacrem.

Why do the NTC type and connector matter?
Each board is calibrated for one type (here 3K3); the wrong type gives false readings. The thread and connector must fit without adapters.
What is the benefit of 316L steel?
It resists corrosion and scale from hot boiler water better, extending the probe's life.
What are the failure signs?
An absurd or frozen temperature on the display and swings in shot temperature, a sign of a faulty NTC.
