Straight male-to-male 1/2″ gas (BSP) union for the boiler circuit, in food-grade low-lead CW510L brass. It joins the boiler to the pipework in a high steam and pressure environment. Supplied without a side branch.

FAQ Is this a T-piece? No. It is a straight 1/2″ male union on both sides, with no side branch. For an extra 1/4″ outlet, the branched version is needed. Which machines use it? It is universal, for boilers with a 1/2″ gas thread, such as Bezzera and other brands. Confirm the boiler thread before ordering. Why CW510L instead of ordinary brass? The low lead content makes it suitable for potable water contact and more resistant to hard-water corrosion. How is the joint sealed? With PTFE tape in several layers or a steam sealant. Hand-tighten, then about half a turn with a wrench, without forcing. Do you ship and quote? Yes, to Portugal and across Europe. For availability, request a quote.
