Flat burrs for the Cunill MG21 grinder, Ø 59 mm, 9 mm thick and left-hand rotation, in hardened steel. They cut the bean evenly for a consistent grind. Note: they are left-hand rotation and do not replace right-hand burrs.

Flat or conical burrs?
Flat burrs usually give a more even grind for espresso. What matters is that the replacement burrs match the type and model of the grinder (here, the MG21).
What material are they?
Hardened steel, with good wear resistance, to keep a sharp cut over many kilos of coffee.
Do I have to change the pair?
Yes. For an even cut, change both burrs together; mixing a new one with a worn one unbalances the grind.
