Pair of 64 mm flat burrs with a 37 mm inner diameter, 9 mm thickness and three mounting holes, in the Long Life version with right-hand rotation. They restore a consistent grind on La Cimbali Alinox, Cadet, Junior, Max, 6/S and DRM grinders.

What size are they?
Flat burrs with a 64 mm outer diameter, 37 mm inner diameter and 9 mm thickness, with three mounting holes. They are supplied as a pair.
What does right-hand rotation mean?
It is the direction the motor turns the burr, and therefore the cutting direction of the teeth. Fitting the wrong rotation ruins the grind and wears the pair out.
When should they be replaced?
When the grind turns uneven, shot times drift without reason, or the coffee tastes burnt. Burrs are a wear part, in the Long Life version as in any grinder.
