Astoria single-needle pump pressure gauge — 0–16 bar, Ø 62 mm
Part no. ET-100363
Pump pressure gauge with a single needle and a 0 to 16 bar scale, a 62 mm diameter body and a 1/4″ male threaded connection. It gives an immediate reading of brewing pressure, revealing a pump out of adjustment or a blocked circuit before the cup suffers. Fits Astoria machines, in particular the BRAVA model.
It is specified for Astoria machines, in particular the BRAVA model, and for equipment with the same connection. Before ordering, confirm the 62 mm body diameter and the 1/4″ male thread.
What scale does it have and what should I read?
It carries a single 0 to 16 bar scale. During extraction the needle should settle near 9 bar; readings well above or below point to a pump out of adjustment, a blocked filter or a grind off point.
What is the difference between a single and a twin gauge?
A single gauge has one needle and shows pump pressure only. A twin adds a second needle for boiler pressure. A replacement should keep the same type the machine panel already used.
When is replacement justified?
When the needle fails to return to zero at rest, sticks, flutters abnormally, or the glass and mask are clouded. A gauge that misleads is worse than none, because it leads to the wrong adjustments.
