Rotary vane pump rated at 200 L/h, with a clamp ring mount and 3/8″ GAS connections. The body is machined from low-lead CW510L brass, holding under 0.25% lead, and the balanced by-pass allows the brewing pressure to be set. Fits Fluid-o-Tech and Nuova Simonelli equipment.
It delivers 200 litres per hour through 3/8″ GAS fittings. The body measures about 86 mm and the complete assembly roughly 99 mm, useful figures for checking that it fits the space inside the machine.
What does the Clamp Ring mount mean?
It is a clamp ring fixing with no coupling screws to tighten. That makes fitting and removal quicker during servicing and keeps motor and pump aligned, which cuts the vibration passed into the circuit.
Is it suitable for two or three group machines?
A 200 L/h flow rate is the usual choice for professional two and three group machines with a rotary pump. Check the rating on the pump currently fitted and the coupling type before replacing it.
What is the balanced by-pass for?
The by-pass returns surplus flow to the circuit and is where brewing pressure is adjusted, normally near 9 bar. Being balanced, it holds the set value even when two groups are running at once.
