Blind basket (no holes) in AISI 430 stainless steel, 22 mm tall, for backflushing the group on La San Marco machines and compatible with Dalla Corte. It closes the water outlet so the water returns under pressure and washes the group head and three-way valve. A simple, essential daily-maintenance tool.

What is the blind basket for?
With no holes, it forces water back under pressure through the three-way valve, washing coffee oils and residue from the group head — the basis of backflushing.

Do I need detergent to backflush?
For daily cleaning, water is enough. Once or twice a week, use a proper group detergent and rinse well with several clean-water cycles.
