Double pressure gauge with a 63 mm body and 69 mm bezel, a 0 to 2.5 bar boiler scale and a 0 to 16 bar pump scale, with 1/8″ male fittings. With both readings side by side, a boiler fault is told apart from a pump fault at a glance. It fits Sanremo and Vibiemme Evolution, Kometa and Revolution machines.
It suits Sanremo machines and Vibiemme in the Evolution, Kometa and Revolution models. Measure the visible bezel: this is the 69 mm version, with a 63 mm body passing through the panel.
How do I tell a pump fault from a boiler fault?
If the pump needle does not rise during extraction, the problem lies in the pump or its setting. If boiler pressure will not settle, look at the pressure switch, the heating element or scale.
What connections does it use?
Two 1/8″ male fittings, one for the boiler circuit and one for the pump circuit, connected by capillary tube or directly, depending on the machine.
When should it be replaced?
A stuck needle, a pointer that will not return to zero on a cold machine, damp under the glass, or a reading that no longer matches real behaviour. Replacing a misleading gauge saves hours of wasted diagnosis.
