Bezzera Ellisse double pressure gauge — Ø 70 mm, 0–16 bar
Part no. ET-100328
Double pressure gauge for Bezzera Ellisse machines, with a 70 mm outer bezel, a 63 mm body and two 1/8″ male fittings at the rear. The boiler scale runs from 0 to 2.5 bar and the pump scale from 0 to 16 bar; being a narrower band than the 3 bar scales, needle movement at working pressure can be read more precisely. Measure the bezel and the panel cut-out before ordering.
It was designed for the Bezzera Ellisse, but it fits models using a 70 mm bezel and a 63 mm housing with a 1/8″ fitting. Confirm all three measurements before ordering, or send us a photograph of the panel and the gauge currently fitted.
Why is the 2.5 bar scale an advantage?
The band is narrower than on generic 3 bar scales, so the same working-pressure range — between 1 and 1.5 bar — covers a wider arc of the dial. In practice, a small pressure deviation is spotted sooner.
What dimensions and fittings does it have?
A 70 mm outer bezel, a 63 mm body that enters the panel cut-out, and two 1/8″ male thread inlets at the rear. The boiler scale reaches 2.5 bar and the pump scale 16 bar.
What are the signs of failure?
A needle stuck at zero or wavering constantly, which indicates a damaged Bourdon mechanism, and condensation behind the glass, a sign the seal has gone: legibility drops and internal corrosion begins.
The boiler needle reads 2 bar; is the gauge faulty?
Not necessarily — the real pressure may be high because of the pressure switch setting. Compare first against a reference gauge; if that reads differently, the fitted one is in error. Request a quote using the form on this page.
