La San Marco double steam and pump pressure gauge — Ø 70 mm, 85/95

Part no. ET-100329

Double pressure gauge reading 0 to 3 bar for the boiler and 0 to 15 bar for the pump, with a 63 mm body, a 70 mm bezel and 1/8″ male fittings. It is listed for La San Marco NS85, Sprint, 85, 95, 100 and 105 machines. It shows steam pressure and brew pressure at the same time, the two readings on which any adjustment of the machine depends.

FAQ

Which La San Marco models does it cover?
It is listed for the NS85, Sprint, 85, 95, 100 and 105. The model label is usually on the machine body or under the drip tray; if you cannot find it, send us a photograph of the machine and the fitted gauge.
What are its dimensions?
A 63 mm body, a 70 mm bezel and two 1/8″ male thread fittings. The body is the part that enters the panel cut-out and the bezel is the visible measurement; confirm both before ordering.
What do the two needles tell you?
The steam needle describes the boiler: low pressure points to the heating element or pressure switch, excess pressure is a warning about the safety valve. The pump needle describes extraction: a drop mid-shot indicates a problem in the pump or the water circuit.
Has the pressure really dropped, or is the gauge wrong?
The behaviour of the machine is the best test. If steam is strong and extraction runs well but the needle says otherwise, the instrument is at fault; if the foam has weakened and the shot has slowed, the drop is real and the pump and pressure switch need checking.
What does fitting it involve?
Before undoing the capillary fitting, the machine must be switched off and boiler pressure fully released. Fit the new gauge with fresh sealing and tighten with two spanners — one holding, one turning — so the capillary tube is not twisted. Request a quote using the form on this page.
